Download and print the attached 3 master copies. Photocopy your preferred sheet (short or long), as many times as you are able. GO OUT AND COLLECT SIGNATURES: DO IT YOURSELF AND/OR ORGANIZE VOLUNTEERS AND SUPPLY THEM WITH BATCHES OF BLANK FORMS. COLLECT THE SIGNED SHEETS. Organize and bundle them in batches, each batch with 2 copies of the cover sheet on top (one will serve as your receiving copy). Deliver the batches to the office of the Speaker of the House. Have them sign the cover sheet receiving copy. You may report or submit it also to “PRO-life Philippines” life@prolife.org.ph .
